ZimbabweTea cultivation in Zimbabwe could begin commercially only after the successfully establishment of irrigation tea estates. Irrigation is still a major issue in Zimbabwe with its average rainfall about half of what is normally needed for tea production. Zimbabwe now exports over eight thousand tones of tea per year and the tea industry is protected by the Zimbabwe government. |
